Ryan's Quality Meats is a Meat Retailer and Wholesaler supplying the hospitality industry and retail customers directly from its premises.
As part of the commitment to food safety, Ryan's Quality Meats has implemented a Food Safety Program. To demonstrate our
commitment to establishing and maintaining food safety, HACCP principles based on Codex Alinemtrius Alinorm 97/13A and The
Australian Standard for the Hygienic Production and Transportation of Meat for Human Consumption have been used to manage
food safety and quality risks at all stages of food processing and handling.
The Manager is responsible for ensuring that all products are purchased from registered food premises (as detailed in the Companies Approved Suppliers List).
The Manager is committed to the preparation and sale of food which complies with the labeling, date marking and compositional requirements of the Food Standards Code.
Maintenance of the premises and food handling procedures are in accordance with the requirements of the Food Hygiene Regulations.
